The Commission will hear an application that will be moved by the Commission's Legal Team for an order authorising the Secretary of the Commission to issue a summons for the former President, Mr Jacob Zuma, at 09h00 on Friday, 09 October 2020. The Commission will also hear evidence of Former Acting Director General: Department of Public Enterprises, Ms Matsietsi Mokholo and Former Eskom Board Chairperson, Mr Zola Tsotsi.
