The Commission will continue to hear Transnet related evidence from the Former Transnet Group Chief Executive Officer (CEO), Mr Siyabonga Gama at 10h00 on Monday, 26 April 2021. The Commission is also scheduled to have an evening session to hear Mr Malusi Gigaba’s application for leave to cross-examine Ms Nomachule Gigaba and to also hear evidence of Ms Nomachule Gigaba on Gupta related evidence at 16h00.
